Rob has served as the Pastor at Mission Community since November of 2025 and has a deep passion for teaching the Word in a way that helps people hear and respond to God’s voice in their lives.
His 24 years of ministry service began in Franklin, TN when he and his wife, Meredith, started serving families in generational cycles of poverty, abuse, addiction and incarceration. Through the curriculum they developed, they led these families to identify, understand and overcome the root causes of their struggles and live lives that glorified God. Rob and Meredith moved to Cullman from Southwest Florida where he served as a church planter and Pastor of Discipleship and Outreach at a large non-denominational church.
Rob has been married to Meredith for 41 years, has 3 daughters, 3 son-in-laws and 9 grandchildren. Rob loves sports, reading and spending time with family.
